THE 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS: CHOCOLATE CRUNCH PUDDING

TOMORROW IT'S CHRISTMAS EEEK! I really hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow full of ridiculous amounts of food and a sea of wrapping paper (this isn't even an exaggeration lols).

If you're not a fan of christmas cake, like me, you will love this chocolate crunch Christmas pudding! I first learnt how to make this a few years ago at school and every year since my parents have asked me to make it for Christmas. It is basically chocolate, biscuits and fruit mixed together to make one delicious pudding!

You will need…

A 1 pint pudding basin (or you can use Tupperware)
75g butter
100g chocolate
2 tbsp golden syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
150g biscuits
75g dried fruit and nuts

Firstly, grease your pudding basin then put to one side. Next put the butter, chocolate and syrup in a saucepan.

Place the saucepan on the hop and gently melt on a low heat, while slowly stirring. When it has melted, leave to one side on a cooling rack.

Then put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Don't over do it, as you don't want crumbs in your pudding, just small pieces.

After that, stir the cinnamon, dried fruit, nuts and biscuit into the saucepan. Keep stirring until it is covered in the chocolate mixture.

Lastly, spoon the mixture into the pudding basin and press it down into the sides. Leave it in the fridge until set.

Ta-dah! How easy was that? And it tastes good too! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and I will see you soon.

Tasha x
